Single moms: It starts with YOUR dream!
Make a Dream Board!
All you need is a poster board, foam board or cork board and a stack of magazines.
Look through the magazines -- for YOUR dream house, dream car, dream career, and words that describe the woman and mom YOU want to be. These get glued to the board, or better yet, pinned, so changes can be made down the road as the dream develops.
Over time, you will see your likes and desires grow into a career you want to pursue and the Dream Board becomes a source of motivation in achieving that dream.
Pregnancy Care Centers: Host a Dream Party. Chia and Friends will help.
Carla will help single moms dream in an interactive presentation. Then, single moms can chat as they work on their boards together. This provides community and encouragement and brainstorming. And don't forget the snacks!!
Single Moms: Want help? Have your list ready?
Let us help you direct your strengths and interests and goals into a career.
